I want to start this email with a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to all those that voted for me for the Muddy Stilettos Award, i didn't get crowned the winner but what it did do is really show me how much deep love and support I have out there as I live my purpose and do my absolute dream job.
I also wanted to let you know about an article that was written by one of my incredible teachers Dylan Ayaloo, its an open and vulnerable insight into my experience during the teacher training and after, you can follow the link to see the article or read it here depending on your eye-site.
Its in OM Yoga Magazine which means i've definitely made it as a yoga teacher ;-) obviously thats a joke but i'm feeling pretty proud x
A final update which i've kind of put off telling anyone just because of the reaction I might receive due to being away for 5 weeks but i'm actually heading out to Czech Republic on June 11th - July 10th to take on another life changing and inspiring journey with a teacher who I have followed for over 5 years - Dylan Werner.
I'll be taking on another 300 hour yoga teacher training to grow, to continue to heal, to learn, so that I can become the best possible version of myself or at least continue to work towards that and become an even better leader/teacher/life changer.
Prior to my teacher training I will be out in Monein, France running my yoga retreat from the 4th-10th June - so in total I will be away for 5 weeks.
All my classes will be covered by the amazing Rachel Cox and Sarah Puello who are both brilliant and authentic teachers so please keep up your yoga practice up while i am away.
For my community classes - Monday night will be covered by Sarah and I am afraid to say Thursday evenings won't be running while i away.
My last Thursday evening class will be Thursday 30th May and then i will be back to teach Thursday 11th July - so put it in your diaries! Don't forget Thursday evening yogis you can head along Monday nights at Headington Quarry as part of your block so please keep your practice up.
