Love Yourself Retreat Day

 

Join Rach and I for a fabulous One Day Retreat.
The theme of the day is Love Yourself since February is the month of St Valentine.

After the festivities of Christmas and New year, we can often feel underwhelmed, drained, burnt out and not at our optimum.

This one day retreat will help recharge your batteries, revitalise you in mind, body and spirit.

Rach and I both offer a light hearted and inclusive approach to yoga for all ages and abilities.
Beginners welcome and taken care of with love.
Teacher level practitioners will be catered for with love.

 

 

 

•The day starts with teas, opening circle and setting intentions at 10am.
•10.30-12 noon I will guide you through a heart chakra Vinyasa practice and Rach will be assisting
•12 noon until 1pm Rach will offer a heart focussed meditation and breath practice.
•1pm-2.30pm there will be a delicious vegan GF lunch and woodland walk. Connecting to nature is wonderful :)
•2.30pm-4.30pm Both Rach and I will offer a sumptuous Yin and Restorative session, followed by Yoga Nidra.
•Closing and sealing of the day.
